Georgian Fire has nice rose colored bulbs, and a rich robust flavor with a high, though not unpleasant, heat when eaten raw. It is an excellent choice for salads, salsas, and Mexican dishes. This large and healthy variety appears to be relatively resistant to most of the diseases that can affect garlic. It averages 6 large cloves per bulb with an average bulb size of 2".
